1. Standard Apple Terms (EULA)

This app is licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Passage offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. AI Features (Spiritual Guide)

• The "Spiritual Guide" feature uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate responses.
• While we strive for helpful and safe spiritual reflection, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or generic. You should not use this app as a replacement for professional mental health or medical advice.
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated advice.

4. User Content

• Your reflections and journals are private to you.
• However, if you choose to share content or engage in harmful behavior, we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.
